A BUSINESS IS ONLY AS GOOD AS ITS PEOPLE

Repairing and re-coating render, texture or paint is a complex process that requires expert knowledge and a host of trades working in co-ordination.

But professional skills are not all we take into account when recruiting staff.

After all, when anyone does work of any nature around your home, you’ll ask yourself this question:

“What kind of people do I want around my home and my family?”

Our answer is to hire for character first. Our team is friendly, polite, and respectful, as well as being very good at what they do.

DIRECTOR

Director Daniel Colgrove is heavily involved in every aspect of the company’s
operations: leading weekly team meetings, being out in the field and getting on the tool when required, as well as selecting and training every employee and contractor who works for us.

CONSULTANTS

Our consultants will usually be your first point of contact, from the initial call to the onsite inspection and quote. Before they provide consultations, they need to accumulate significant experience working in the field.

Our work requires complex knowledge of what can and can’t be done, as well as the ability to identify problems and offer solutions.

Therefore, the consultant you’ll deal with before your project is so much more than a sales person; they’re highly trained and experienced in all aspects of our work. They’ll have the answers to all of your questions.

SUPERVISOR

A dedicated supervisor will liaise with you throughout the restoration process to ensure your job is completed on-time, and to the highest standard.

They’re trained and registered painting or building supervisors committed to managing a stress-free project, ensuring a clean site, and coordinating the schedule and trades.

If you have any concerns during the job, think of your supervisor as your personal advocate and your first point of contact.

EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS:

Our team consists of a mix of permanent employees and contractors, including
labourers, pressure cleaners, renderers, texture coaters, scaffolders and painters.

For some aspects of the work, it makes sense to use employees, while for other parts of the project, we use in-house contractors.

Most of our contractors work only for us so they know what is expected from them to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
